A year ago, on the 17th of November, we embarked on a significant journey as Thermal Insulation Distributors Ltd officially became ISOPARTNER Technical Insulation Solutions Ltd. Today, as we celebrate our first anniversary as ISOPARTNER, it's a moment of reflection and gratitude for the transformative year that has passed.
Our transition to ISOPARTNER
This time last year, our company underwent a transformation by changing its name. While the official announcement came on November 17, 2022, behind the scenes, joined efforts were underway to ensure a seamless rebranding process.
The Unveiling
Step by step, we introduced the Irish market to ISOPARTNER, starting with the revelation of our new website. This online presence became a visual representation of our commitment to innovation and excellence. Shortly after, we hosted a launch event, inviting our valued customers and suppliers to join us in celebrating this significant milestone.

Throughout this transformative process and the years that preceded it, our dedication to a service-oriented approach remained unwavering. While our name and appearance evolved, the core values that define us persisted, ensuring that our customers continued to experience the same unparalleled level of service they have come to expect from us.

INSUL-PHEN Launch
In collaboration with our fellow IPCOM Group Company, Teqtix, we launched our own brand of Phenolic Pipe Sections and Pipe Support, called INSUL-PHEN.
Diversifying Product Offerings
Notably, we proudly became the first supplier in Ireland to offer Heraklith Tektalan A2 SmartTec panels from Knauf Insulation.
Ongoing Training Initiatives
Organizing regular training sessions ensured that our team is well-versed in advising and installing our products for a wide array of solutions. Recently we had an Isover and Armacell training.
